The Website does not constitute a binding offer to enter into any transportation, storage or other commercial agreement unless explicitly stated.

Actual transportation, storage or other logistics services are governed by separate written contracts, charter parties, bills of lading, storage agreements, or other commercial documents.

The seat of arbitration shall be Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
